As a Nurse Locum, you will provide responsive nursing support across a network of general practices, covering acute to medium-term staffing shortages. Each placement is unique, offering the opportunity to deliver a wide scope of clinical services tailored to the specific needs of each practice.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering core clinical care across diverse general practice settings
Supporting practices in meeting PHO and health-specific targets
Mentoring and guiding new graduate nurses, especially in solo and smaller practices
Helping maintain continuity of care and service quality during staff transitions

NZ Registered Nurse with current APC
Primary care experience preferred (but not essential)
Strong clinical skills and adaptability
