The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Support Lead to provide technical leadership, strategic oversight, and hands-on support for our IT systems and services. This is a key role at TCC, responsible for ensuring our digital infrastructure is robust, secure, and future-ready to support our people and purpose.

As IT Support Lead, you will oversee day-to-day IT operations, provide high-quality user support, and lead the development and implementation of our digital strategy. You will ensure IT assets and projects are effectively managed and that digital equity is championed across all staff and communities we serve.

About You

  • Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management, ideally in a mission-driven or nonprofit environment.
  • Strong technical skills across systems, networking, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure), and security best practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a collaborative and values-driven approach.
  • Able to think strategically while staying hands-on with day-to-day support and problem-solving.
  • A commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting diverse teams through culturally grounded technology leadership.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
