Located in Māngere Town Centre, we help you stay on top of your health and prevent problems before they become serious.

Is the service free?
Yes. All services at Our Place - Māngere are free for the community.
Who can visit Our Place - Māngere?
Anyone is welcome. You don’t need a referral or to be a local.
If you’re due for a health check, we are here to help.
You can walk in during opening hours. No appointment is needed.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is needed. We’re open Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Can I come here for emergencies or to get my medications?
No. Our Place - Māngere does not provide emergency care or prescribe medications.
If you or someone else has trouble breathing, chest pain, or it is life-threatening, call 111 immediately.
Does Our Place - Māngere replace my family doctor?
No. Our Place - Māngere works alongside your family doctor.
A summary of any services we provide will be sent to your family doctor to keep them up to date.
We encourage you to continue seeing your family doctor for ongoing care.
You are also welcome to visit Our Place - Māngere anytime for checks, support, or immunisations.
Do I need to be enrolled with a family doctor?
No. You do not need to be enrolled with a family doctor to use Our Place - Māngere.
We are open to everyone.
Will my family doctor know if I visit?
Yes, with your consent, we can share a summary of your visit with your family doctor.
This helps them stay informed and follow up with you if needed.
Is my information private?
Yes. All services at Our Place - Māngere are confidential, just like at your family doctors.
We only share your health information with those involved in your care, such as specialist services.
